Images from the famous Golconda Fort in Hyderabad where I encountered for the first time a site that demonstrated the rich Islamic history that is present in India. Including a few scenes from my family’s village in Gujarat too, the series is a subtle self–exploration of silence, resistance and womanhood in spaces and faces that are all too familiar and distant at once.
